Philippines (Oslo)

The Hague Convention
Non-member of the Hague Convention.

The Philippines is under the The Hague Convention abolishing the requirement for legalisation of foreign public documents (Apostille Convention).
This means that the documents that have an Apostille Stamp, and to be used in one of the apostille countries, do not need further legalising at the Embassy of the Philippines in Copenhagen.
The Apostille stamp is only issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
– The Ministry of Foreign Affairs cannot authenticate all documents directly. Please contact Comet Consular Services for further information and assistance.
