Comments
All documents must be stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Remember that MOFA cannot directly authenticate all documents, certain documents must be authenticated by, for example, a Notary Public before MOFA can approve the document.
NOTE! The Embassy wants a filled out legalization form to initiate legalization process

Application
Completed application for legalization, along with a copy of the applicant’s passport.
The copy of the passport should be signed by the owner of the passport.

Power of attorney
The Royal Thai Embassy requires a Power of Attorney if Comet fills out the application on behalf of the client.

Must be stated that you give permission for Comet to handle the legalization.
Must also be signed in original and attached a copy of passport information page.

Embassy’s processing time (working days)
One (1) working day.

Embassy’s fees (in EURO)
Legalisation fee: EUR 15:- per document.
Payment by cash only.
