How to place an order:

Step 1.

Find information about the requirements in our Infobook  online or contact our Customer Service for assistance. Collect all required documents.


Step 2.

Place your order in our online system InfoBook. Get access here.


Step 3. 

Send the documents together with the order confirmation to one of our offices.

Contact us to book a pick-up of your documents.
Alternatively, you can send the documents using either messengers or courier companies. Registered mail is also a possibility, but we advise against using regular mail.
Registered mail should be sent to our P.O. Box address. Use our visiting address for all other delivery methods.

After we receive your documents, you will get a confirmation by e-mail with the track & trace link for your order, where you can follow the process.
