The Hague Convention
Non-member of the Hague Convention.
Finnish documents should be stamped by the Embassy in Helsinki.
– Trade documents shall be stamped by the Chamber of Commerce.
– All other documents that shall be legalized must be stamped by the Ministry of Foreign affairs.
NOTE! Remember that the Ministry of Foreign affairs cannot directly authenticate all documents, certain documents must be authenticated by, for example, a Notary Public before the Foreign office can approve the document.
- Every invoice that shall be legalized shall have its own certificate of origin. You may not submit two invoices and one certificate of origin.
Copy of each document must be submitted with the original document (copy needs to include Ministry of foreign affairs stamp).
The prices can change.We will get the exact fee from the embassy upon submission.
Current fees are:
Commercial document 476,95 EUR / per document
Personal documents (diplomas, criminal record etc.) 35,77 EUR / per document
