Trade documents must be stamped by the Chamber of Commerce
Legal documents must be stamped by Notary Public and the Foreign Ministry.
Danish documents must be stamped by danish authorities
Norwegian documents must be stamped by norwegian authorities
Finnish documents must be stamped by finnish authorities
The embassy legalises trade documents in sets, in other words, NOT individually, the certificate of origin and invoice must be legalised together.
The Embassy accepts icelandic documents.

The following text must be stated verbatim on the invoice:
This invoice is authentic and the only one issued for the described goods.
All components of the goods described above are manufactured or prepared by (the same country mentioned in the Certificate of Origin).
No raw materials of Israeli origin are used in manufacturing the goods described above.
We declare with full responsibility that we are not represented in Syria and that Syria is not included in the territory of any other agent who benefits in any way from any commission on our products exported to Syria.

Authority’s fees
Cerificate of Origin SEK 381:-
Sometimes you are informed of the embassy’s fee only after you have submitted it to the embassy.

Observe that there is an additional charge of SEK 170 + VAT since the embassy fee must be paid via a bank .
OBSERVE THAT THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE COMET’S FEES!
